Help with links and order questions
Use these checks when a link changes or you need help with an order. This site has no editorial submission form or order-support portal.
Editorial and correction requests
Keep the page URL, destination URL, date and a screenshot showing the mismatched title, image or option. Recheck the live destination before using a saved product card. There is currently no on-site channel for submitting these records.
Order support
Hacoo VIP cannot access Hacoo accounts, orders, payments, tracking or refunds. For an account or order problem, use the current support route inside the Hacoo app or the official Hacoo website. Never send passwords or full payment details to this site.
