Check overall shape
Look for distortion, asymmetry, uneven panels and proportions that disagree with the listing.
Inspect construction
Zoom into seams, stitching, edges, fasteners and joins. Ask for another angle when an area is hidden.
Read labels and bag barcode
For a size issue, official guidance asks for the size label, barcode on the product bag and an explanation of where fit is wrong.
Compare colour and measurements
Lighting changes colour. Use listed measurements and a ruler photo for critical dimensions.
Record damage with context
For breakage, photograph the outer package, product bag and damaged area before discarding packaging.
Classify the issue
Wrong product, missing item, wrong parcel and description problems require different supporting images and order records.
