Start with destination eligibility
Shipping research should begin before product comparison. Hacoo’s official help page says it currently supports delivery to 28 countries and lists destinations across Europe, North America, South America and Oceania. The named list includes Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Norway, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Russia, the United States, Mexico, Canada, Brazil and Australia. The list contains 27 named countries even though the text says 28, so do not turn the headline figure into a guarantee. Enter your real destination in the current app and confirm that the product and route remain available. Country support can change, and a broad website statement cannot account for every address, item or carrier restriction.
Understand the official time formulas
Two official Hacoo pages present delivery information in slightly different ways. The Help Center describes preparing an order as roughly three to seven days, shipping the order as seven to fifteen days and final delivery as five to ten days, then gives a broad total of 15–28 days. The website Shipping & Delivery page says receiving time is usually about 15–28 days, with 15–25 days for the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Italy, 15–30 days for Spain and 25–65 days for other countries. It also says processing normally takes three to five business days and that express shipping can be as fast as five to seven workdays. These are guidelines, not guaranteed dates. Stock, weekends, carrier handoffs, customs and exceptional events can extend the route.
Use a range rather than one promised date
A delivery estimate is most useful when it helps you decide whether the uncertainty fits your deadline. Do not compress 15–28 days into “about two weeks,” and do not assume the fastest express reference applies to every destination or item. If you need an order for a specific event, work backwards from the slower end of the current estimate and add a buffer. Hacoo’s website says some products may ship directly from overseas vendors and that delays are sometimes inevitable. It also explains that an order containing pre-order or back-order items may arrive in separate shipments. A partial delivery is therefore not automatically evidence that the remainder is lost. Keep the order view and tracking details for each parcel, and contact support through the current in-app route when the status becomes abnormal.
Calculate more than the product price
The total decision can include the product option, delivery, payment conversion, taxes and return risk. Hacoo says freight rules may change with logistics conditions, so an article that promises one universal shipping fee will quickly become misleading. Use the spreadsheet’s USD value only as an early comparison aid. At checkout, confirm the exact option, delivery method, currency and final amount. If taxes or duties are not clearly included, do not silently assume they are. Save the payable total you relied on. This is particularly important when comparing a cheaper product with limited return eligibility against a slightly more expensive item with clearer measurements or stronger evidence. The lowest base price is not always the lowest-risk order. Good planning makes uncertainty visible instead of hiding it inside an attractive product card.
Know the general 15-day return rule
Hacoo’s official return guidance says products allowed to be returned must generally be returned within 15 days after delivery, and that users should contact customer service through the Hacoo application and follow the provided instructions. Another official Help Center page describes free returns within 15 days after receipt, except for categories excluded from free return. It also states that Hacoo currently does not support exchanges. These statements should be checked against the exact order because eligibility can be product- and country-specific. “Return within 15 days” does not mean every opened or used item qualifies, and “no exchange” means a different size may require a return and a separate order rather than a direct swap. Start the request early enough to gather evidence and receive instructions.
Check excluded categories and condition rules
The official return page lists categories that do not support free return, including beauty products that may change after opening; underwear, swimwear, leggings and lingerie for health reasons; jewelry accessories and luxury goods that may depreciate after opening or use; and electronics such as audiovisual products, software, mobile phones, iPads and smart watches. The same page says a returned product should be in good condition with original packaging, complete accessories, gifts and trademark. Used, washed, modified or label-free products may be rejected. Damage caused by unauthorized repair, misuse, collision or improper installation is also excluded. These rules make pre-purchase measurements and careful unboxing important. Do not remove labels, wash the item or discard packaging before you decide whether the order matches the listing and selected option.
Collect the evidence Hacoo asks for
Hacoo’s return guidance is unusually specific about evidence. For a size issue it asks for the size label, barcode on the product bag and a description of where it is too large or small. For a quality issue it asks for a photograph showing the problem. For breakage it requests the outer package, product bag and broken area. For a wrong product it asks for the product and, when relevant, the size label and product bag. Missing-item cases may require the outer package, payment invoice and a description or photograph of the missing component. A wrong parcel can require the shipping label, shopping list and payment invoice. Keep the broken package when relevant. Photograph the parcel before throwing anything away, then take a full-item image and close-up evidence in good light.
Understand return costs and process limits
The official policy distinguishes customer-reason returns from problems attributed to Hacoo. It says a customer-reason return can leave the customer responsible for return shipping and customs costs, while original shipping fees are non-refundable. When Hacoo confirms the issue is its responsibility, the policy says it covers reshipping cost with a maximum shipping-fee compensation of USD 30. The customer may still need to pay the return shipping in advance. The published process starts in Account → Contact Us → Return request, then asks the user to choose the order, describe the issue and upload photographs. It says customer service processes the request within one day. Unapproved returns may not be accepted, Hacoo does not currently provide pickup service, coupons are not refunded and a request can close if the returned parcel is not received within the stated 45-day period after the shipping label is uploaded.
A practical order-to-return checklist
Before payment, confirm destination eligibility, selected option, measurements, total payable amount and the current return rule for that item. After payment, save the order record and current listing. When the parcel arrives, photograph the outer condition and shipping label before opening. Compare the contents with the saved option and description, then keep packaging and labels until the inspection is complete. If there is a problem, classify it accurately—size, quality, breakage, wrong item, missing item, wrong parcel or description—and gather the evidence listed for that type. Submit the request through the app rather than shipping anything to an address found elsewhere. This process cannot guarantee an outcome, but it removes avoidable ambiguity. It also explains why a useful Hacoo guide should teach evidence collection, not merely repeat that returns are available.
